"My inspiration is producing a piece that is personal, evoking fond memories, especially portrait commissions. Loving intimate corners in and outdoors, treasured objects; I appreciate the connections between the work and the observer. Using often a mix media approach with acrylic, watercolour and ink I aim to evoke these memories. Also an informal eclectic artisan approach to Stained Glass, local scenes and treasured finds form part of the work."
