"I am a contemporary fibre artist based in East Yorkshire who "paints with wool" to create texture-rich 2D pictures. Since 2020, I have developed a style highlighting the charm of York’s century-old buildings. My needle-felted scenes of the city’s architecture are currently exhibited at the Minster Refectory, representing a unique niche within the textile community. ?Constantly evolving, I also utilize wet felting to produce functional art, including journals and handbags. From the Shambles to the coast, my work reflects a deep passion for the natural world and the heritage of the city where I was born."
