"I work mostly direct from life and find there is nothing to beat plein air painting. Various exhibitions over the years, including the Ferens and Beverley Open, have enabled me to sell my work and these paintings have often, but not always, been interiors. In 2025 I decided I would like to practice portraiture again, so I set up a portrait group (Withernsea Portrait Painting and Drawing Group) which meets fortnightly at Roos Memorial Institute. New members welcome."
