"I have been producing paintings for about 12 years and use acrylics and oils, graphite and pastels. My previous experience in art had been both in teaching and in set and backdrop design for conferences and retail exhibition settings.
"My subjects, although contemporary in style, are varied - from urban architecture and local scenes to portraiture and still life. I hold a solo exhibition in my home annually and teach small group ‘Start in Art’ classes to adults. I love what I do and find drawing and painting energising, absorbing, explorative and therapeutic."
