Secret Garden is an exhibition promoting real or imagined green spaces, stunning flora and areas of tranquillity.
Drawing visitors into their own secret gardens, the region’s artists share their personal visualisations of places and spaces which evoke memories of childhood, mysteries, stories and myths; self-contained areas of extraordinary natural beauty or compact urban landscapes brimming with colour and chaos.
Enjoy this personal journey through imaginative depictions of flora and fauna; rest awhile in a corner of reflection and retreat from the daily pressures of life and take heart in the little corners of nature which bring our homes and outdoor spaces to life.
